Let me tell you — cultivating rice in a mangrove swamp is not for the faint of heart. The process is gruelling, backbreaking, and utterly relentless. Honestly, just watching the videos is enough to send me straight to A&E for exhaustion therapy!
After seeing what it takes, I don’t think I’ll ever look at a plate of rice the same way again. Each grain suddenly feels like a tiny medal of honour — grown, battled for, and harvested through sheer sweat and determination. From now on, I’ll be eating rice with deep respect… probably one grain at a time, just to appreciate the effort behind it.
